Paper Wrapped Chicken

  • 8 pieces uncooked filet of chicken
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. prune juice
  • 1 tsp. orange honey
  • 1 tsp. shoyu
  • ¼ tsp. brandy
  • ¼ tsp. ginger juice

Cut filets two inches long, one inch wide and ½ inch thick; cut each in half. Combine other ingredients to make sauce. Dip pieces of chicken in sauce; wrap each in wax paper folding over ends to make a neat tight package. Fry in deep fat at 370 degrees about 5 minutes.
