Oven Fried Chicken

No watching, no turning, no pan to wash

  • Have ready: fryer chicken, cut into pieces
  • Dip pieces in: ½ cup evaporated milk or one egg
  • Roll mixture in: 1 cup cornflakes crumbs, 1½ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper

Place in shallow pan lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until chicken is well done.
