Hekka Sauce #2

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. shoyu
  • 2 level Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. mirin (sherry or sake)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Make sauce in bottle, shake and refrigerate until ready to use.

Note: Double recipe makes half quart.
