Salmon Gravy

  • 1 16-oz. can salmon
  • 1 8-oz. can tomato Sauce
  • 1 15-oz. can whole Tomato
  • 1 round onion, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced (1/4 in.)
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • Salt
  • Curry powder
  • Place salmon, tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, sliced onions, potatoes and peas in a pot.
  • Season to taste with salt and curry powder.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
