- Japanese Cucumbers
- Maui Onion
- Bagged Shrimp (Peeled, Cooked, Deveined)
- Momoya Kim Chee Base (2 bottles for 3 bags shrimp) use for MILD taste
- Slice cucumbers and Maui onion.
- Add Momoya Kim Chee base and shrimp and toss together.
- Marinate for one day.
- If you like it HOT, sprinkle small amount of Noh Brand Kim Chee mix in addition to Momoya base, to your taste.
- May use less shrimp and kim chee base.
