Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Imitation Crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Salt
  • Shredded Cheese

Wash mushrooms, remove caps and set aside. Shred crabmeat and add celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for about 7 minutes.
