Shoyu Egg
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Shoyu
- 1/2 tablespoon Water (optional–makes for fluffier egg)
- 1/2 tablespoon Oil
Beat egg with shoyu and water. Heat oil. Pan fry the egg mixture. When top of egg gets a little wrinkled, turn over and cook for one minute.
