Corn Eggs
- 6 to 8 Eggs
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 1 cup Canned Corn
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt to taste
Beat eggs and water together. Add corn. Heat oil in frying pan. Scoop 1/4 cup of mixture onto hot greased grill. When edges are a little dry, flip eggs over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
