Japanese Eggs
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Shoyu
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 6 to 8 stalks Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Beat eggs in bowl. Add shoyu, sugar, green onions and mix together. Put oil in frying pan and heat. Add egg mixture and scramble until firm.
