Baked Spareribs
- 4 lbs. spareribs
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ cup shoyu
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup catsup
- ¼ cup sherry (optional)
- 2 tsp. salt
Select small ribs and cut into serving pieces. Mix all ingredients and soak ribs for couple hours. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, basting couple of times.
