Tuna Swiss Pie
- 1 can (6½ oz.) tuna
- 2 cups (½ lb.) grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Drain fish and flake. Combine cheese, onion, flour and salt in medium-size bowl. Fill pastry shell with alternate layers of tuna and cheese mixture.
Beat eggs and milk together, pour over fish and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, turn down heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or just until firm in center. Serves 6 generously.
