Tomato Beef Salad Mold

Simmer 5 minutes in sauce pan:

  • ½ can tomato soup
  • ½ can consomme soup
  • ½ can water
  • ½ tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Stir in hot soup 2 tbsp. gelatin and ½ cup cold water. Chill until mixture begins to thicken, fold in 1 cup finely diced cooked beef, ½ cup celery, ¼ cup cucumber, 2 tbsp. chopped onion. Pour into 1½ qt. mold. Chill until firm.

6 to 8 servings.
