Tomato Beef
Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina
- 1 c chopped tomatoes
- ½ c green onions
- ½ c beef
- ½ c water
- 1 tsp fat
- ½ c celery
- ½ c pepper (green)
- 2 T shoyu
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
Wash and chop tomatoes, celery, green onions, pepper and beef. Grease pan and fry meat. Add vegetables and salt. Add water. Mix cornstarch with shoyu and water for gravy.
