Tofu and Kogai
- 1 block tofu
- 1 can ajitsuke kogai (seasoned)
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. shoyu
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. water
Let sauce come to a boil in wide saucepan. Cut tofu in cubes and add into the sauce. Sprinkle can kogai over and simmer about five minutes. 6 servings.
