Tam-O-Shanters
- 8 slices MIKO sliced bologna
- 4 slices tomato, cut in 1-inch thick slices
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
Place 4 slices of bologna on rach in broiler pan. Top each with tomato slice. Broil 5 inches below heat for about 3 minutes. Combine cheese, Oregano and parsley. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mixture over each tomato slice and top with second bologna slice. Continue broiling 2 minutes or until lightly browned. 4 servings.
