Taco Corn Chili

  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (17-oz) whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (16-oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce
  • 12 tortillas
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded

Saute celery and onion in oil until tender. Add meat; brown. Stir in remaining 5 ingredients; simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Fry and fold tortillas; fill with chili. Serve on bed of lettuce.

Yield: 6 servings

NOTE: You can also serve filling as chili with rice.
