Strawberry Yogurt Pie
- 1 pkg (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
- 1-1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 carton (8-oz) strawberry yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
- Whipped cream
Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir till gelatin is dissolved. Beat in yogurt and honey; chill till partially set (mixture will be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Whip gelatin with electric mixer till light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Reserve a few whole berries for garnish; slice remainder and fold into gelatin. Chill again, if necessary, till mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Turn into crust. Chill till firm, several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and reserved berries.
