Steamed Pork Hash
Mrs. Robert K. Beck – Lanakila
- ¾ lb pork hash
- 4 ma tai chopped
- ¾ bunch chung choy (chopped)
- 1/3 c green onions (chopped fine)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1½ tsp shoyu
- 1 tsp salt
Mix pork hash with ma tai, chung choy and green onions. Add rest of ingredients and spread on dish. Steam until done.
