Spinach Rolls

Makes about 6 Dozen Pieces

  • 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 jar (3 oz. size) bacon bits
  • 1 package (1 oz.) ranch style salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup finely minced green onions
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch size)

Squeeze liquid from spinach. Combine all ingredients except tortillas in medium bowl; stir to mix well and spread evenly over tortillas and roll like jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill overnight. Slice each roll into 6 pieces, arranging cut side up, to serve.
