Bar-B-Q Sticks

  • 1 lb. sirloin tip, tenderloin or flank steak in thin strips
  • 3/4 cup shoyu
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, crushed

Marinate meat in above. Skewer meat on sticks threading meat in and out, using 2-3 pieces of meat to a stick. Bar-B-Q over charcoal — a few minutes on each side.
