Spare Ribs
- 2 lbs. spare ribs
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup shoyu
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 t. salt
- garlic and ginger
Flour spareribs and brown. Add all ingredients. Simmer until ribs are tender.
