Spaghetti Napoli

  • 1½ lbs. ground meat
  • 1 pkg. tenderoni
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ¼ cup catsup
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • ¼ pkg. dried mushrooms

Soak mushrooms in water for ½ hour. Cook tenderoni until tender and drain. Cook the ground meat and vegetables in fry pan. Add catsup and tomato sauce. Season to taste – the cooked tenderoni may be mixed together in the pan or placed alternately in casserole with the meat mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
