Spaghetti and Meat

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1 1/2 c tomato juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 c broken spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 T fat

Melt the fat in a pan, then add the meat. Break it up so that it covers the bottom of the dish. Add the remaining ingredients in any order. Stir to blend. Place in roaster or oven. Set control at 400°. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
