Soaked Eggs
- 4 Eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tablespoons Shoyu
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Peel the eggs and put in a jar. Mix together shoyu, vinegar, and sugar and pour over eggs. Let marinate for several hours and then refrigerate.
