Shrimp with Sauce

Peel and clean 1 lb. raw shrimps, split lengthwise and dry well. Roll in Batter:

  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup pastry flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. shoyu
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Peanut oil

Fry in peanut oil for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1½ cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper, minced
  • 2 large sprigs of parsley, minced
  • Dash of oil

Blend well.
