Sauteed Mushrooms

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 16 oz fresh mushrooms, cut in thick slices
  • ¼ cup sweet vermouth

In skillet, cook garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and vermouth. Cover; cook 8-10 minutes or till tender, stirring occasionally.

Yield: 4-6 servings
