Rum-Cherry Topping
CLASS OF 1962
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup rum
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Warm pie filling; add butter, salt, vanilla and rum. Spoon over scoop of ice cream while still warm.
Yield: 8 servings
