Mango Flambeau Jubilee

Simmer in saucepan 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, 1½ tsp lemon rind, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 2 cups diced mango and 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts. Pour in 1/2 cup brandy and flame. Serve on ice cream.
