Roast Pork
- 1½ lbs. lean pork
- 3 pieces ginger (crushed)
- 5 pieces green onions (cut 2” length)
- ½ cup onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. red coloring
- 2 tsp. chinese flavoring spices or ½ tsp. allspice
- 1 clove garlic
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup soyu (good grade)
- ¼ cup wine
- ¼ cup sugar
Smear pork with the above seasoning. Allow to stand for an hour. Then bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes or until nice and brown.
