Quick Hash

  • 1 16-ounce can drained julienne beets
  • 2 1-pound cans corned beef hash
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • Oil

In a bowl mix hash, beets and onion. Form 6 thick patties from this mixture. Place in a greased frying pan. Cook over low heat, turning once, until browned as desired. Serves 6.
