Pupu Pup Appetizer

  • 1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury Roll (8 count)
  • Flour
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pupu Pups Portuguese sausage (24 count)
  • Prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Separate rolls into 4 parts. Roll each part with a rolling pin into a rectangle approximately 6 1/2 x 7 inches on a floured surface (floured sheet of waxed paper works well). Cut the rectangle into 6 triangles. Spread a thin layer of mustard over the entire rectangle. Place a sausage on the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough starting at the sausage end. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes until nicely browned. Brush with melted margarine. Yield: 24 pieces.
