Preserved Prunes
Cook 4 lbs dried prunes, 2 cups lemon juice, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 tsp powdered cloves and lemon rind, sliced, for 10 minutes or leave in a jar outdoors in sun at least two weeks.
NOTE: This is like a salty seed.
