Portuguese Sausage/Cheese Pupu Rounds

  • 2 pkg. No Ka Oi mild Portuguese sausage, chopped
  • 1 pkg. No Ka Oi hot Portuguese sausage, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild light shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 ½ c. Bisquick mix
  • 1 ½ c. milk

Mix all of the ingredients together. Form into balls (approximately 1 tablespoon each ball). Place on a greased cookie sheet allowing 1-inch space between each ball. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 350°. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
