Imitation Crab Legs and Tofu (Deep Fried)

  • 1 lb. imitation crab legs
  • 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ block tofu
  • ½ lb. string beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper

Combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in pan and drop ingredients by 1 teaspoon. Fry until light brown. Drain on a paper towel.
