East Coast Crab Appetizers

  • ½ lb. processed cheese spread
  • ¾ c. butter or margarine
  • 1 lb. crab meat, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 pkg. English muffins, toasted lightly

Melt cheese and butter; add crab meat and mushrooms. Spoon on quartered muffins. Place under broiler until slightly brown. Serves 12 to 14.
