Pork Pot Roast
- 4-6 lbs. pork butt
- 2 small pieces ginger (crushed)
- 1 cup shoyu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Brown pork with ginger in pot. Pour off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients and add to pork. Simmer 2 hours until done.
