Polynesian Baked Chicken

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 4 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soyu
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sliced papaya
Melt margarine in large baking pan. Combine flour and seasoned salt. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture. Arrange in baking pan skin side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. In saucepan combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, soyu and salt; cook until thickened. Gently stir in papaya and pour mixture over chicken. Bake 10 minutes longer.
