Pinwheel Roast

2 pound round steak, boned and cut ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer; let stand ½ hour. Mix together 1 cup prepared bread stuffing mix, ¼ cup of onions, green pepper and celery, chopped. Spread dressing on meat. Roll tightly and tie securely in 3 or 4 places. Place on rotisserie spit; cook for ½ hour. Slice when done.
