Pineapple Raspberry Punch
- 1 can (46-oz) chilled pineapple juice
- 1 pkg (10-oz) frozen raspberries
- 2 Tbsp plain white vinegar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 quart ginger ale
Combine pineapple juice, frozen raspberries and vinegar in a large punch bowl. Stir until blended. Add ice cubes and lemon. Pour in ginger ale just before serving.
Yield: 20 (4-oz) servings
