Pickled Pork

  • 2 lb. lean pork

Sauce:

  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 3 pieces garlic, smashed
  • 1 hot pepper, smashed

Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Soak meat overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Note: Sauce is also good with fish or chicken.
