Pickled Pig Feet

  • 3 lbs. chopped pig feet
  • Salt, pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 small piece ginger

Roll pig feet in salt, pepper and flour and fry in oil until brown. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender.
