Ogo Kim Chee
- 1 1/2 lb. ogo, blanched
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. ko choo jung sauce
- 2 tsp. chopped green onion
- Ginger, slivered
- Sesame seeds
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over ogo. Serve chilled.
