Deluxe Fried Chicken

• 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
• 4 Tbsp. flour
• 4 tsp. cornstarch
• 4 tsp. mochiko
• 4 tsp. salt
• 4 tsp. soy sauce
• 4 tsp. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Wash chicken and dry pieces with paper towel. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Place in covered container and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Deep fry.
