Stuffed Lychee
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole lychees, drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- Few drops of lemon juice
- 1 can whole macadamia nuts
Mix cream cheese with lemon juice. Fill each lychee with a small portion of cream cheese. Place nut on cream cheese and cover with more cheese. Serve chilled.
