Pipikaula
- 1 piece Flank Steak
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger root, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced and crushed
- Pound steak on both sides with back of knife blade.
- Cut into 4-inch wide strips.
- Combine sauce ingredients.
- Marinate for a few hours or overnight.
- Hang out in the sun to dry for 1-2 days or oven dry at 170° for 5-7 hours.
- This recipe will yield 8 servings.
