Miniature Cheese Cakes
Pan Size: Miniature muffin pans
Baking Time: 20 minutes
Temperature: 325°
Crust:
- 1 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 block butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. flour
Filling:
- 2 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
1. Beat the butter and cream cheese.
2. Add the sugar and flour and blend well.
3. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
4. Line the miniature muffin pans with the dough. (makes 24)
5. Cream the ingredients for the filling, then place 1/2 tsp. of the filling into each crust.
6. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
7. When done, cool; then put your favorite jam on it or pie filling.
