Meat Loaf #3

  • 1½ lbs. ground round
  • 2 cans vegetable soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • Salt and pepper

Add ground beef and oats to two cans of vegetable soup. Add eggs. Season to taste. Put in loaf pan then sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
