Lemon Cheese Pie Dessert
- 1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (15-oz) condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cooled graham cracker crust (8 or 9-inch)
Soften cream cheese; beat until very smooth and fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed milk. Add vanilla and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Pour into cooled graham cracker crust and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 10 servings
