Lau Lau, Lazy Style

  • 4 pounds Taro Leaves
  • 8 Ti Leaves
  • 3 pounds Pork Butt, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pound Salted Butterfish, cut into small pieces

Wash and discard stems from taro leaves. Line a large baking pan with foil. Lay 4 ti leaves in pan. Place half of taro leaves over the ti leaves. Arrange pork and fish evenly. Place remaining taro leaves and ti leaves on top. Cover pan with foil.

Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 3 hours.
