Korean Short Ribs

- 3 lb. short ribs (1/2-inch thickness)
Sauce:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 or 5 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried red chili pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 4 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted and crushed
- Dash of Ajinomoto (if desired)
- 2 tsp. honey
Mix ingredients for sauce. Let stand for 2 to 3 hours.
Soak meat in sauce for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Broil over charcoal for best results.
